1. Overview
HTTP Tweak provides a multi-tunnel VPN client, a configuration panel for creating and managing tunnel profiles, and community and tutorial pages to help users learn and collaborate. The client may offer optional servers made available by the platform as an alternative to servers that users add or import themselves. Platform-provided servers may use infrastructure operated by us or by independent providers; third-party servers remain under the control and responsibility of their respective operators.
2. Account and access
App vs. Panel: Our mobile VPN application can be used entirely without an account. However, creating an account on our website panel allows you to create and manage tunnel configurations.
Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to use this service (and to create a panel account, if you choose). If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service.
If you register a panel account, you are responsible for any activity under your account and for keeping your password, Password Recovery Key, and other account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.
Your Password Recovery Key can be used with your username to reset your password and access your account. It is shown only when issued or replaced and cannot be displayed again later. Save it securely. Replacing or using the key immediately invalidates the previous key.
If you enable the Business API, you are also responsible for protecting its credential and for requests made with it. Rotate or revoke the credential promptly if you believe it has been exposed. Each panel user may maintain one Business API account.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deleting your account removes account access and associated data from active systems, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.
Accounts that remain inactive for 1 year (based on account activity timestamps) may be automatically removed from the system.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal activities or to violate the rights of others.
- Do not upload, store, or distribute any copyrighted, stolen, or otherwise unauthorized content.
- Do not upload or share malicious content, malware, or abusive material.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the panel or infrastructure.
- Only share community links and configuration details that you have the right to distribute.
4. System limits
The limits below apply only to the website panel and panel-managed configurations. They do not apply to the mobile app itself.
- Maximum 100 configurations per account.
- Maximum 1,000 servers per configuration.
- Maximum 1,000 tweaks per configuration.
- Maximum 500 cloud passwords per configuration.
- Maximum 1,000 cloud device IDs per configuration.
- Business API requests are subject to the daily quota and per-minute burst limit shown in the Business API management page and response headers. You may request a higher daily quota, but approval is not guaranteed.
5. Automatic cleanup
The cleanup rules below cover website panel data and cloud-sharing data.
- Cloud-export shared keys used for simple file sharing are automatically removed after 7 days of inactivity.
- Cloud-protected exports are automatically removed after 1 month of inactivity.
- Panel configurations are automatically removed after 3 months only when they have no servers and no tweaks.
6. User content
You are solely responsible for any configurations, server details, payloads, or other material that you create, upload, or share through the service. Configurations, community submissions, and other content you provide remain yours. By submitting content, you grant us permission to display and distribute it within HTTP Tweak features. You are responsible for confirming that any VPN server, account, or endpoint you use is authorized, lawful, and safe to use in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to review, restrict access to, or permanently remove any content at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if it is deemed suspicious, violates these Terms, or creates a risk for the platform or its users.
7. Service analytics & telemetry
We process limited technical, security, and reliability data to operate, protect, and improve the service. We may throttle or block traffic that triggers abuse or integrity signals. Our Privacy Policy explains the data involved, the purposes of processing, retention, sharing, and your privacy choices.
8. Intellectual Property & Takedown Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed or distributed without authorization via our service, please submit a formal takedown notice to [email protected]. We will promptly investigate and restrict or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
9. Third-party services
Some links and communities are hosted by third parties (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Facebook, and others). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
10. Service availability
We may suspend, change, or discontinue the panel or any feature at any time, including for maintenance or security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Network performance depends on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee connectivity, speed, or access. Platform-provided servers are optional, their availability may change, and some may rely on third-party infrastructure. We do not guarantee the availability, security, legality, or reliability of third-party VPN servers, networks, or endpoints configured by users. We are not responsible for connection failures, blocking, throttling, account restrictions, data exposure by third-party providers, or other outcomes related to the VPN servers or configurations you choose to use.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HTTP Tweak and its operators from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the service for illegal or unauthorized activities.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HTTP Tweak and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including circumstances related to third-party VPN infrastructure, server operators, or user-selected configurations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes relating to these Terms must be brought in the courts located in the Philippines, unless applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to another governing law or forum.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
