1. Overview
HTTP Tweak provides a multi-tunnel VPN client, a configuration panel for creating and managing tunnel profiles, and community and tutorial pages to help users learn and collaborate. The platform acts as an intermediary layer for user-provided VPN configurations and does not own or operate third-party VPN servers, networks, or endpoints that users add or import.
2. Account and access
App vs. Panel: Our mobile VPN application can be used entirely without an account. However, creating an account on our website panel allows you to create and manage tunnel configurations.
Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to use this service (and to create a panel account, if you choose). If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service.
If you register a panel account, you are responsible for any activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deleting your account permanently removes account access and associated data, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.
Accounts that remain inactive for 1 year (based on account activity timestamps) may be automatically removed from the system.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal activities or to violate the rights of others.
- Do not upload, store, or distribute any copyrighted, stolen, or otherwise unauthorized content.
- Do not upload or share malicious content, malware, or abusive material.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the panel or infrastructure.
- Only share community links and configuration details that you have the right to distribute.
4. System limits
The limits below apply only to the website panel and panel-managed configurations. They do not apply to the mobile app itself.
- Maximum 20 configurations per account.
- Maximum 100 servers per configuration.
- Maximum 100 tweaks per configuration.
- Maximum 50 cloud passwords per configuration.
- Maximum 100 cloud device IDs per configuration.
5. Automatic cleanup
The cleanup rules below cover website panel data and cloud-sharing data.
- Cloud-export shared keys used for simple file sharing are automatically removed after 3 months of inactivity.
- Panel configurations are automatically removed after 3 months only when they have no servers and no tweaks.
6. User content
You are solely responsible for any configurations, server details, payloads, or other material that you create, upload, or share through the service. Configurations, community submissions, and other content you provide remain yours. By submitting content, you grant us permission to display and distribute it within HTTP Tweak features. You are responsible for confirming that any VPN server, account, or endpoint you use is authorized, lawful, and safe to use in your jurisdiction. For website panel usage only, we may process limited metadata, aggregate service metrics (such as user, import, and download counts), and technical access logs (such as IP address, device/browser details, and access logs) for operations, security, abuse prevention, and product improvement. We reserve the right to review, restrict access to, or permanently remove any content at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if it is deemed suspicious, violates these Terms, or creates a risk for the platform or its users.
7. Intellectual Property & Takedown Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your copyrighted work is being infringed or distributed without authorization via our service, please submit a formal takedown notice to [email protected]. We will promptly investigate and restrict or terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
8. Third-party services
Some links and communities are hosted by third parties (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Facebook, and others). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
9. Service availability
We may suspend, change, or discontinue the panel or any feature at any time, including for maintenance or security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Network performance depends on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee connectivity, speed, or access. We do not guarantee the availability, security, legality, or reliability of third-party VPN servers, networks, or endpoints configured by users. We are not responsible for connection failures, blocking, throttling, account restrictions, data exposure by third-party providers, or any other outcomes related to the VPN servers or configurations you choose to use.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HTTP Tweak and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the service for illegal or unauthorized activities.
12. Limitation of liability
HTTP Tweak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including circumstances related to third-party VPN infrastructure, server operators, or user-selected configurations.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts located in the Philippines.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
